Ordering and Shipping

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

What shipping options are available, and how much do they cost?

All of our orders ship via standard ground shipping. Shipping cost varies depending on the number of items in your order and will be calculated at checkout.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by viewing the shipping confirmation email sent after your order ships. A tracking number and link will be included in the email.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship within the United States only.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and condition (including tags and labels) to be eligible for a refund or exchange.  Sale items are all final sale and are not return or exchange eligible.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To begin the process, please contact our customer service team at info@rivieracreek.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide the next steps from there.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, we cannot accept returns on used or opened products, perishable goods, or promotional/free items.

How long will it take to process my return?

Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method.

Do you offer gift cards?
